01 Featured homes
Paid for, and says so
A Plus host’s home is marked “Featured” with a crown and shows up first. It’s paid placement: the host pays for it, and their page in the app says so. It isn’t a recommendation, and it isn’t a check of the host.

A crown isn’t a check. Cooky doesn’t check hosts, Plus or not. The safety checklist is the same for every home.

Stays are still paid to the host. Cooky sells only optional extras like Plus. Stays are agreed and paid directly between pet parent and host.

The host pays to be featured. It isn’t a check of the host.
Buying and cancelling
Plus will be sold inside the Cooky app, through Google Play on Android and the App Store on iPhone. The store takes the payment; Cooky never sees your card or bank details.
We plan monthly and yearly subscriptions and a one-time option: a 30-day pass for pet parents, or a week-long boost for hosts. Subscriptions renew until you cancel; one-time passes don’t renew.
- Cancel on Android: Google Play, your profile picture, Payments & subscriptions, Subscriptions.
- Cancel on iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions.
- You keep Plus until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
- Refunds follow Google Play’s and Apple’s refund policies.
- New phone? Sign in and tap Restore purchases.
